Kari Wuhrer was born April 28 the 28th of April, 1967. She is an American musician and actor. She started her acting career when she was when she was in her teens. Her most well-known role was as Maggie Beckett from the TV show Sliders as well as for the role of the character Sheriff Samantha Parker on the horror film Eight Legged Freaks. The couple has three brothers. When she was in her teens, she performed at nightclubs in the dark, escaping from home. Kari Wuhrer, born in 1967 was an American singer, model and actress. Her habit was to sneak away from her home to perform. In the year she turned 13 older, Kari studied acting at the Wooster School. She then enrolled in drama studies at the Tisch School of the Arts located at New York University, Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art with renowned teacher Uta Hagen. Kari began acting when she was a teenager. Her first break occurred in 1987, when she was introduced to MTV Remote Control.
